Community conversation hour

This is the hour we keep. First Thursday of the month, cameras optional, real talk required.

Members bring the work of the week: a plant decision, a lab result, a job that asked too much, a student who needs a first introduction. We listen. We name what we know. We send you back with a person, not a pep talk.

• Sixty minutes, then the chat stays open
